It hurts me to listen to people in business, tell me how they have just been screwed over, by a bigger business who refuses to pay.

This report gives you the ammo to fight back!

arms open wide

(All right, I pinched this one!

It was so good I got their permission to republish it for you . . . Enjoy)

Has your business got a "terms of trade" agreement?

Independent contractor laws have changed.

Do you engage subbies?

Do you work for others as a subbie?

The old 80% rule no longer applies.

As you know, it use to be that as long as you never had any more than  80% of your work coming from one source as a subbie, you could call yourself a contractor.

Earlier last year this all changed with the new independent contractor laws.

The ATO is closing the loopholes to protect people who are 'really' employees and not getting the benefits of PAYG Withholding Tax, Award rates of pay, Workers Compensation cover and compulsory Superannuation contributions.

Hi Paul,

I just wanted to say that I’m usually busy in my business and my inbox gets lots of ‘newsletters’ from people. I don’t have time to read them – I usually delete them.

But your reports are different. I was sceptical at first, but they put a smile on my face (we must have a similar sense of humour). I find myself stopping to read them, for two reasons:

1. You add a ‘human’ face to your reports; I identify with the stories you tell, to make your point, and 2. They always contain useful hints and tips I can use in my business.

I appreciate your generosity with your ideas.

If you are considering subscribing to Paul’s reports, Please don’t hesitate, just do it – it’ll put a smile on your face and dollars in your bank.
